Return Process

  Once your request is approved, download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided to ensure tracked and secure transit.

  Place the items in their original packaging with all TOVA tags attached and seal the box using the provided return label.

  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
